Commentary
A play showing the scholar escaping into prima custodia from binding below, and the priest punishing him by using the play of binder and the bound.
Here the scholar is in fact trying to perform a strike from prima, but he is interrupted by the strike of the opponent started immediatelly as the scholar left the bind (according to the play of binder&bound). The second image of the play shows exactly the point of interruption - the scholar pulled back into prima, but couldn't yet launch a strike from above. So this play teaches us a new technique, while also showing us that it is vulnerable to the play of binder&bound, as it leaves the bind.
