
This is an action that should be launched from binding below and on the left. It consists of leaving the bind down, and in a half-circle returning back to cut the opponent's hands from below. This is similar to cavazione motion, and is probably intended to be launched while the opponent is still pushing down in a rebind.
We also know, that co cut hands of the opponent is not the ultimate goal. Instead, a thrust to the opponent's body thould follow immediatelly after the cut. So if the opponent escapes with his hands, it will not be enough.
